Lillodue


This is the ideal family or small restaurant (max. 20 seat) pasta machine with a tank capacity of 1,400 kg and an hourly production rate of around 3 kg of pasta. It is made entirely of stainless steel.

Its mixer shaft and auger can be easily removed for cleaning and the gear motor is sealed and requires no maintenance except for normal machine cleaning.

The machine has 4 standard plates. and various pasta formats and an automatic short pasta cutter are available on request. Built to EC standards.

The dough roller for pastry, pasta and pizza has been designed to obtain the desired thickness of pastry, pasta or pizza dough, and is ideal for small or medium scale production applications. Thanks to its mode of operation, the machine is extremely practical and versatile: it is possible to produce dough, pizza base and, in particular, pizza slices in various thicknesses ranging from zero to 7.5, simply by regulating the thickness. The dough can the be rolled out to widths of 22, 25, 40 and 50 centimetres. The machine is manufactured in stainless steel and aluminium with wooden rollers and is ideal for making homemade pastry; whereas the steel roller version is designed for professional use and assures extra long-life durability. The dough roller for pastry, pasta and pizza is extremely reliable, and the built-in safety systems and attractive finish combine good looks with user safety.

Gnocchi machine

tHE GN 6 is…

Manufactured for the production of gnocchi with potatoes or dumpling mixes. is equipped with a device for adjusting the size and the groove of the dumpling. The machine is complete with automatic flour dispenser to dust the dumplings and a device and allows the machine to produce both smooth and stripped dumplings. to automatically manage the amount of dumpling production, an inverter is installed to control the feeding auger speed, an additional inverter manages the speed of the cutting blades to determine the size and length of the dumplings. The practical lateral conveyor allows the dough to be fed continuously by directly challenging the dough onto the auger without having to stop the machine. In addition to the funnel and the auger, the modeling block of the GN 6 model is easily removable and allows for faster cleaning operations. thanks to the rapid interchangeability of the forming block, it is possible to produce dumplings with different diameters from the classic to the small chiche and consequently to optimize and diversify the production. The positioning of the transmission and engine components all at the top of the machine has made it possible to reduce maintenance and achieve precise alignment and rotation stability of the auger even with hard dough.

The parts in contact with the dough are made of food approved materials that offer a complete corrosion guarantee and are completely removable to facilitate accurate and quick cleaning. the GN 6 is on wheels and is free of paint. Machine is equipped with safety devices in accordance with laws.

tHE KOMBY 160 HAS…

Automatic multifunctional group for the production of long pasta and ravioli stuffed with meat, fish, vegetables and cheese soft fillings in different sizes and shapes (square, round, halfmoon, triangle, fish, flower, heart, etc) with:

• Automatic pasta sheeter complete of tank with removable shaft and independent motorisation; rolling unit made of stainless steel rollers with a special profile. Calibrators with the right size prevent over working the dough and guarantee pasta with the ideal organoleptic qualities. All the mechanical parts and bearing are free of lubrification and maintenance, spaced to facilitate cleaning and avoid any kind of contamination of the laminated dough. Independent motors allow rolling of pasta on rolling pins even while long or stuffed pasta is being produced, allowing a continuous production cycle. The motorized conveyor belt automatically rolls the sheet and sets the size of the single roll.

• A double-sheet ravioli machine with ø mm 55 calibrating rollers assembled on lubricated bearings. The amount of stuff can be adjusted during the process, for flexible use fast mould insertion allows the replacement of the shape in a few seconds. An innovative forming system has been adopted on over 60 moulds, to achieve a perfect sealing of the ravioli sheets an efficient closing method was applied thus avoid leaking of the filling during cooking.

• Pasta cutter automatically produces at the desired size and length lasagna sheets, noodles, tagliatelle, angel hair, pappardelle and guitar spaghetti. The cutter accurately determines the thickness, the length and the width of the cut, the mould is interchangeable in a few seconds.
